LAKE CONWAY SHORES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION LAKE LOT RULES AND REGULATIONS The following lake lot rules and regulations are subject to change as deemed necessary by the Lake Conway Shores Homeowners Association Board. Members of Lake Conway Shores Homeowners Association only. All guests must be accompanied by a member. Members who wish to entertain non-members at the lake lot must schedule the event with an officer or designated chairman. Use of the lake lot for entertaining should not be on a frequent basis by members. If use becomes excessive the board may deny the request. Records will be kept on membership use. Lake Conway Homeowners Association accepts no responsibility for injuries occurring on this property or for injuries caused by use of this property. There will be no use of the lake lot by organizations for monetary purposes. Equipment (tables) owned and stored by the HOA are to be used for HOA events only. Clean-up and removal of refuse is the responsibility of the hosting member. Glass containers are not allowed. If you schedule an event at the lake lot, you will be required to sign a Hold Harmless agreement which will make your Homeowner’s carrier primary and that said carrier will indemnify and defend Lake Conway Shores Homeowners Association. You will be monetarily responsible for any damage. Parking is not permitted on the street or in front of the gates leading to the lake lot. No vehicles are allowed on the lake lot other than for launching or hauling your vessel or dropping off supplies at the shelter. There is no parking of your vessel in the ramp area other then the time that is required to get your trailer. No “powering on” of boats onto your trailer at the ramp. The ramp is for the use of residents only. Members must be present on any vessel owned by a guest. Proper behavior should be exercised. Any abuse of alcohol, profanity or any other offensive behavior by a member or guest will not be tolerated. Children under the age of ten (10) must be accompanied by an adult. Lock gate every time you exit. Lake lot closes at dusk. No climbing on, diving or jumping off the railing. Upon payment of your dues, a key will be distributed, one per household. If you should lose your key, it will cost $25.00 for a replacement the first time, $50 the second time and no further keys will be issued after the second loss. January, 2009 |
